On the morning of November 1, 2023, at the headquarters of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, a Factory Lease Contract Signing Ceremony was held between IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company and American Heritage Candles Vietnam One Member Co., Ltd. The Ceremony is very important, marking the long-term cooperation process of the two businesses.
The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and staff of the departments of American Heritage Candles Vietnam Company and IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. On the Company side, there were representatives of On the American Heritage Candles Vietnam Company side, there were representatives: Mr. Jack Murphy - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. David Wang - General Director and Mr. Wen Ying Xing - General Director of the project in Vietnam and senior staff.

On the side of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company (IPD), there were Mr. Ho Van Tri - General Director, Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh Duc - Deputy General Director of Business of IMG Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Nham - Director of Business of IPD along with staff of the Marketing and Sales Department, Human Resources Administration of IMG & IPD. After many efforts in negotiation, realizing the potential of Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park in terms of location, traffic, and potential for developing the port cluster in the near future, American Heritage Candles Vietnam Company decided to sign a Lease Contract for Factory B2.2 with IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, with a factory area of 19,200m2. This is a turning point, marking the long-term cooperation between the two companies. IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company is committed to deploying a series of support services throughout the investment and operation process of the enterprise, as well as professionalizing operations so that enterprises can operate with peace of mind.
Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park with a total area of 128.8 hectares in Phuoc Dong commune, Can Duoc district, Long An province is located next to the Vam Co river. The industrial park owns nearly 4km of riverbank, 01 inland waterway port and 02 international ports with the capacity to receive ships with a capacity of up to 20,000DWT. Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park has been evaluated by domestic and international investors as an extremely attractive investment destination in the southern region of Ho Chi Minh City.
IMG Phuoc Dong identifies its main target customer strategy as international investors with a need for large-area factories, solid and airy structures, modern, synchronous and smart auxiliary infrastructure systems. IMG Phuoc Dong's factory products are built in blocks with an area of 19,200m2. It can be said that IMG Phuoc Dong is currently one of the leading investors in the Southern market in the large-area factory segment. Accordingly, although it has just entered the market for developing factories for rent in mid-2021, when the pandemic was taking place, IMG Phuoc Dong's investment attraction results have been extremely impressive. In fact, right from the time the Investor had just completed the rough construction, and was completing the auxiliary items and landscape for 03 factories B1.1; B1.2 and B2.1 (total area of 57,600m2), IMG Phuoc Dong has completed the "sale closing" and filled 100% of the factory area in the first 6 months of 2022.
